January 19, 2018 – Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario — Diamond Estates Wines & Spirits Inc. (the “Company” or “Diamond Estates”) (http://www.diamondestates.ca) (TSXV: DWS), today announced that the Company has issued stock options to two key management personnel.
The Company considers stock options to be a key incentive to align its management team with the objective of building shareholder value over the long term. Consistent with this philosophy, the following employees have been granted options:

Each option is exercisable for the purchase of one common share for up to five years from the date of issuance at which time they expire. The options, which are being issued under the Company’s existing option programme, vest at the rate of 25% on each anniversary of the issuance date.
