At EastDell Estates decanting is de-mystified! Our knowledgeable retail staff will walk you through the importance of decanting your favourite wines. Learn how to decant, which wines to decant, and also what kinds of decanters to use!

Step from our wine boutique into The VIEW Restaurant where you will experience our Chef’s masterpieces, inspired by fresh local ingredients.

Then on to DeSousa Wine Cellars where we will teach you all about sweet and savoury food and wine pairings. Try a sample of our famous port style wine paired with delectable dark chocolate (complimentary pairing) and then enjoy our Icewine with a few salted nuts (contrasting). Which one does your palate crave, sweet or savoury?

Last but not least visit 20 Bees Winery for a Chardonnay Challenge! Learn about Niagara’s sub appellations and how they can affect the flavours in our wines. Our staff will also walk you through the importance of oak barrels in winemaking – Chardonnay is a fantastic way to showcase how these barrels change the style of your wine dramatically.
