Sponsorship Opportunities

Diamond Estates is pleased to sponsor many events throughout each calendar year, and we would be happy to receive your request.

If you are interested in requesting sponsorship, we require a formal letter stating your requirements. All sponsorship applications be submitted in writing to:

Please ensure that all relevant contact information is provided (phone, email, and mailing address) with your request, along with the specific parameters of your request. Also, kindly indicate the appropriate department for your request, (i.e. Canadian Wine, Imported Wines or Spirits).

Due to the volume of requests, please allow 8 weeks from the date of submission for a response to your letter. If your deadline for receiving a donation is prior to the 8 weeks our department requires for processing we will not be able to provide any sponsorship.  We ask that you kindly contact us again next year, allowing ample time for our offices to prepare your donation.

Please note that there are limitations are in place regarding sponsorship donations and advertising and that our budgets for the 2010/2011 fiscal year have been allocated.
